Business Development/Loan Officer (Full-time)

California Community Credit Union (CACCU) is recruiting for a new position of business development/loan officer, which will play a key role in developing new, and ensuring continuing, member and business relationships, assisting CACCU with meeting its strategic membership and lending goals.

Under the direction of the Vice President, Operations (VP, Operations), the successful candidate will work with CACCU management and staff, be responsible for, and assist in the development and management of CACCU's relationships with select employer groups, automobile/recreational vehicle dealerships, educational facilities, and other select businesses and organizations.

The successful candidate will also coordinate, or assist in the coordination of, events and promotions and the development, implementation, and continued maintenance and improvement of a public relations program that is results oriented, measurable, and cost effective.

This position requires a highly motivated, positive, ethical, sales and people focused talented individual with a strong background in lending and a demonstrable understanding of, and ability to follow, the requirements of all regulatory requirements regarding credit union membership and lending.

Member Services Representative (Full-Time)

Qualifications:  Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication skills as well as being computer literate.  Must be bondable and have flexibility to accept temporary assignments to other positions within the credit union, as needed, and where training has been provided.  Experienced level of member services/teller position area requiring previous exposure to handling cash and dealing with the public as would be obtained by six months to one year of experience in teller operations in a credit union or similar financial institution.
