Mobile Deposit Instructions:

As simple as Tap, Snap, and Deposit

  • 1 Tap: Open the California Community CU app, tap the camera icon, and select “Deposit Checks”.
  • 2 Snap: Take a photo of both the front and back of your check. Make sure to sign the back of the check and write “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY TO CACCU”* underneath your signature before taking a photo of the back side of your check.
  • 3 Deposit: Select the suffix and enter the amount of the check. Hit “Confirm” and your deposit is complete.

*Restrictive Endorsement: All checks deposited through the California Community CU app via mobile deposit must contain restrictive endorsement that includes your signature and the following statement written underneath - “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY TO CACCU”. Please be advised that checks that do not include the endorsement requirements stated above will not be accepted for deposit. *Prior to making your first deposit, please telephone the Main Branch at 916.386.1418 or 800.386.1418 to confirm that your account is set up for Mobile Deposit access.

Remote Card Control

Remote control Visa debit card is a safe and convenient way to protect your cards from unauthorized use. With this feature, you have the ability to temporarily disable & reactivate your Visa debit card or to report your card as lost or stolen through our online banking. Simply log into your online banking and from the menu select Remote Control Cards. Cards marked as lost or stolen will be permanently blocked, please contact a branch to order replacement cards or activate your new Visa Debit card.

Lost or Stolen Cards

To report your debit card or ATM card lost or stolen and you have our online banking, sign in to your account, under the menu select remote control cards, you can block your card this way.

Call any of our branch locations during normal business hours.

After normal business hours please call (888) 241-2510 or for outside the us (909) 941-1398.

To help avoid interrupted service on your CACCU cards while traveling, please let us know. Simply email us at [email protected]  with the dates you will be traveling and where you will be traveling. You may also call any branch location with the above information.
