Social Media and Marketing Specialist
(Full-Time – Sacramento)(One position)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/public relations field or equivalent marketing/public relations experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills; a team player.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, multitasking and planning skills, including attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload accurately and completely withing specified timeframes.
- Strong knowledge of online media that can be used in marketing/public relations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other graphic design software programs, e.g., Photoshop, Adobe, etc.
- Mastery of the major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Excellent internet research skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development (e.g., Word Press)
- Knowledge of Social media analytics software including Google Analytics, web traffic metrics and search engine optimization (SEO)
Basic Function:
The primary purpose for this position is to is to be responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining ongoing social media, marketing and public relations that will increase public awareness of the benefits of California Community Credit Union (CACCU) membership, increase the number of services utilized by members, increase demand for loans and services by members and non-members and increase community awareness and appreciation of CACCU. Engage Select Employee Groups ( SEGs) that the credit union serves. Attend networking and community events.
Salary Range:
$25.00 to $28.00 depending on experience
Member Services Representative (MSR)
(Full-Time - Sacramento)
MSR-Qualifications:
Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and communications skills as well as being computer literate. Be bondable and have the flexibility to accept temporary assignments to other jobs in the credit union as needed where training has been provided to ensure timely and superior service to our members. Experienced level of the member services/teller position area requiring previous exposure to handling cash and dealing with the public, as would be obtained by six months to one year of experience in teller operations in a credit union or similar financial institution.
Basic Function:
Under limited supervision, performs assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions such as receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, loan payments and withdrawals and processing mail transactions as required using a computerized system. In addition, provides complete and accurate information about all credit union products and services.
Knowledge/Skills:

- Must be able to frequently move about the branch to accomplish tasks.
- Prolonged standing through the workday, at times.
- Corrected vision within the normal range.
- Hearing within the normal range.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. as may be required.
- Must be willing to report to the Sacramento (Main), Elk Grove & Roseville branch locations

Salary Range:
$19.00 to $22.00 depending on experience
