As the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, California Community CU remains committed to take care of our employees, members, and our community. We are continuing to serve our members both through remote and credit union locations. We are following all guidance from federal, state, and local governments.
We understand that our members may be heavily impacted by the shelter in place order and we have put several plans in place to lessen the impact of the situation.
Member Assistance
- Loan Modifications: For members with existing loans that are experiencing a hardship and need assistance with payments, we can modify terms and defer payments. Please contact us at (916) 386-1418 for more information.
- Emergency Loans: For members that are experiencing a hardship, we may be able to help bridge the gap with an Emergency Signature Loan. Please contact us at (916) 386-1418 for more information.
- Increased ATM Withdrawal Limits: If you need access to extra cash, we can temporarily increase the daily limit for ATM Withdrawals. To avoid an ATM withdrawal surcharge, we encourage you to use ATMs that are part of the CO-OP Network (there are over 30,000 available nationwide).
- Increased Mobile Deposit Limits: We're being flexible with daily limits for mobile deposits; you may call any branch to request a higher limit to reduce your need to visit a branch.
- Share and Certificate Loans: Borrow from your savings and certificate balances at very low rates. Funds remain on deposit and continue to earn dividends.
Our Branches
- Our branches remain open for now; however, we encourage you to use remote access whenever possible. Our branch hours are: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The Roseville and Elk Grove offices may periodically be closed for lunch from 1:00 - 1:30 PM.
- We are also using social distancing strategies and may limit the number of people in the branch at any given time.
- We have enhanced cleaning protocols and have hand sanitizer in both employee and member-facing areas.
- We are asking anyone who is ill or has been around anyone with illness to refrain from entering.
