State Employee Assistance Loan

State employees that do not get paid, or have their pay reduced because of the delay in the passing of state budget will be able to apply for a loan with California Community Credit Union. 

 

Term of Loan:

1 to 12 months

 

Amount:

 

$1,000 to $5,000 (monthly advance cannot exceed net amount of monthly pay).  If paid minimum wage, we will advance the difference between the regular pay and the reduced pay

 

Interest Rate

(APR*):

 

Qualified rate.  Interest will be waived if loan is repaid in full with the first direct deposit following the passing of the State budget

 

Requirements:

 

(1)           Completed Loan Application

(2)           Savings and Checking Accounts with California Community Credit Union in good standing

(3)           Verification of Income (most recent pay stub)

(4)           MUST have current direct deposit

 

Current Loans:

 

State employees with consumer loans with California Community Credit Union may request a payment extension for up to three (3) months (on approved credit) during the Budget delay
